POSSIBLE CAUSES:
1. MCM pin 2 circuit is shorted to power.
2. Internal short of the quantity control valve.
PROBABLE CAUSES:
1. Quantity control valve failure.
2. Failed MCM2.1 (Engine ECM).
3. Quantity control valve connector/harness.
