NOTE: This condition can occur when:
1. MCM pin 2 circuit is shorted to ground.
2. Quantity Control Valve (QCV) internal short to ground.

TYPICAL ENABLING CONDITIONS:
Always enabled

MONITOR SEQUENCE:
None

EXECUTION FREQUENCY:
Continuous when enabling conditions met

TYPICAL DURATION:
Two seconds

DASH LAMPS:
1. MIL
2. CEL

ENGINE REACTION:
Derate 25%

VERIFICATION:
Engine Idle: One minute.

NOTE: If code 3246-15 present, fix that first.

PROBABLE CAUSES:
1. SCR inlet temperature sensor.
2. SCR inlet temperature sensor connector/harness.
