1. MIL
2. CEL

ENGINE REACTION:
10% derate

PROBABLE CAUSES:
1. Air intake system has leaks – hoses, CAC, etc…
2. Turbocharger speed sensor wiring/connector.
3. Turbocharger speed sensor.
