NOTE: If occurrence counter 5 or less, clear codes and return vehicle to customer.

PROBABLE CAUSES:
1. SCR inlet NOx sensor.
2. SCR inlet NOx sensor connector/harness.
3. ACM2 (engine computer) failure.
