Detroit DD15 GHG14 (2014-16) Fault Code: SPN 2791 FMI 12 (MCM) Smart Remote Actuator 3 (EGR), Valve Frozen

DESCRIPTION:
The fault code sets when the motor control module (MCM) detects that the exhaust gas recirculation (EGR) valve position is incorrect when the ambient temperature is below 2°C (35°F).

EGR Position Error.

PROBABLE CAUSES:

6. ECM failure.
