POSSIBLE CAUSES:
1. Motor control module (MCM) pin 2 circuit is shorted to power.
2. Internal short of the quantity control valve.
PROBABLE CAUSES:
1. ECM pin 2 shorted to ground.
2. Quantity control valve failure.
3. Quantity control valve harness/connector.
