PROBABLE CAUSES:
1. Intake air system leaks (Hoses, charge air cooler, etc…).
2. EGR system las leaks, loose clamps, damage, or obstructions.
3. EGR valve failure.
4. Turbocharger Speed Sensor failure.
5. Turbocharter speed sensor connector/harness.
