POSSIBLE CAUSES:
1. MCM Pin 2 circuit is shorted to power
2. Internal short of the quantity control valve

PROBABLE CAUSES:
1. Failed quantity control valve.
2. Wiring between the quantity control valve and the 120-pin ECM connection.
