NOTE: If fault occurred during high idle regeneration, clear fault and release vehicle.
NOTE: If occurrence counter 5 or less, clear codes and return vehicle to customer.
PROBABLE CAUSES:
1. SCR outlet NOx sensor.
2. SCR outlet NOx sensor connector/harness.
3. ACM2 (engine computer) failure.
