Detroit DD16 EPA10 (2010-13) Fault Code: SPN 2791 FMI 14 (MCM) Exhaust Gas Recirculation Valve Actuator Failsafe Mode, Motor ON

NOTE: Please see the step by step troubleshooting procedures for this specific code.

PROBABLE CAUSES:
1. If any voltage codes exist, fix those first.
2. EGR valve actuator pull rod.
3. EGR actuator.
4. EGR valve.
5. Wiring between the EGR actuator harness and the ECM.
6. ECM failure.
